This lovely goddess from the Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal is handcrafted in bronze by traditional artisans of Patan. Her graceful form is actually a door handle but could easily be mounted as sculpture. The lower half of her body shows she is a Naga goddess, relating to the earth and water. Nagas are protective snake/dragon manifestations found throughout the art and religion of India and Nepal. Her graceful hands and countenance offer us blessings and namaste.
