These hand carved wooden prayerwheel from the kingdom of Bhutan, is painted in rainbow colors and lotus flowers. Twisting the spindle at the top rotates the printed cylinder of the prayer and sends the Buddhist blessings across the universe for all to benefit from. Larger prayerwheels are found at the Buddhist temples across the Himalayas and are rotated by the pilgrims as they circum ambulate the holy site.
